Why does only one host work on the server?

There is a server with NGINX, it has 3 hosts. I send domains through cloud by IP. Before that, one domain was sent and it was necessary to test the functionality by sending another domain. For the second domain, I created a separate host and pointed the root folder to an absolutely friend ... I did an nginx reboot and saw that the first host was still working. That is, it leads the second domain to the folder of the first domain. What could be wrong? How to split so that domain 1 leads to site 1, domain 2 to site 2.
