Why does not pass to the web server from the local network through a proxy?
I set up an Ubuntu
server on the company's system , and on it BigBlueButton with a GreenLight shell . The server "looks" only on the Internet, does not "look" at the local network.
BigBlueButton installed with all add-ons automatically through a special script - https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bbb-install . It uses the NGINX web server.
As a result, the server works and you can connect to it from the external network without problems, but you can’t connect from computers from the local network.
Local network goes to the Internet through a Forefront TMG proxyand apparently the problem is in it, because 1) if you connect without it, there are no problems, and 2) when you try to connect, you end up with a response about the waiting timeout from it. For the Forefront TMG
test, we set up a rule to skip "everything and everything" (all ports, all sites) - it still does not allow BigBlueButton to go to the server .
Tell me, please, in which direction to dig? How do I set up a proxy or the server itself so that I can eventually reach the server from the local network through Forefront TMG ?
