Why does nginx take a long time to process requests?

The VK callback API sends me post requests and they are accepted in nginx from the moment they were sent, after about 10 seconds, all I set up was /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default:

I didn’t touch anything else in the nginx settings. Why might this be?
