Why does mysql file take a long time to download from the server?

I have an online store on the ocstore 2.3 engine on a VPS server with an SSD
. the product is working fine.

But I ran into one problem when I export the database through phpmyadmin, the file is loaded at a speed of up to 100 KB / sec.

What could be the problem and where to dig?

Thank you all in advance for your help.

Essence - do archive on the server. And that's what you're taking. Otherwise, long and tedious.

To be honest, before that, on the old version of Ubuntu server 12, everything was fine without archiving.
And how \ what is the right thing to do so that the backup of the database is already merged into an archive?
