Why does my netbook screen turn off?

Help!
Acer aspire one d250 netbook has Lubuntu installed. After about a minute, the computer goes to sleep until any key is pressed. This problem is tracked only on LXDE (installed Debian with LXDE the same). For example Xfce4 works fine (but slows down, I want LXDE). The most entertaining thing is that the screen went blank during installation as well, even when I turn on the netbook even before loading X-owls and GRUB, the same thing. I thought the BIOS: rolled back the settings, did not help (I rummaged and found nothing on this topic), Registered in xorg.conf "" Section "ServerFlags"
Option "BlankTime" "0"
Option "StandbyTime" "0"
Option "SuspendTime" "0"
Option "OffTime" "0"
EndSection""
Please help! Has anyone had the same problem or knows a solution.
Thanks in advance for your answers!

@Samcrows

Removed the problem! But a little different than I wanted:
1. Demolish the distribution!
2. Install Linux Mint LXDE and that's it.
For some reason, everything works fine on mint.
