Why does my MacBook Pro 13" late 2013 heat up like crazy?

I recently purchased a MacBook pro 13 "late 2013, 8 GB of RAM, i5. And it somehow gets very hot when I load the video card heavily: toys, video, 3d rendering. I downloaded smcFanControl, opened Civilization, and on the settings below average, except for HiDPI resolution. I opened it and was stunned, throwing a screen.

Such are the things. As far as I understand, such temperatures are not the norm. Question: what could be the reason and how to deal with it? During normal operation, it shows a temperature of 47C.

In games, too, 95 degrees approximately. Coolers can go up to 6500rpm, and if the value is lower at high temperatures, you can tweak it by hand to cool more actively. But in general, the default cooling control in poppies is quite high-quality, in my opinion.
