Why does my laptop take so long to turn off?
Laptop: Dell Inspiron 7537.
OS: Windows 8.1 Enterprise.
Laptop takes a long time to turn off.
The screen goes blank, but the cooler, working in enhanced mode and the keyboard backlight, continue to work.
I forgot to mention that it turns off for a long time through Start and through closing the lid, and directly from the power button.
How to make it turn off normally and what is the reason for this? Tell me please. Thank you.

If you use the power button to turn off, then most likely it goes into hibernation mode (see power settings in the control panel) At this moment everything is as you say - the screen goes blank, but at this time information from the RAM is written to disk, after this laptop is turned off. On weak laptops, a decent time can be performed. Try turning it off through the start without using the power button
