Why does my Intuos Pro M tablet driver crash regularly?
The issue is not easy, because with support we have been trying to solve it for a month now. But since they don’t sit in the support of Ilona Masks, and I’m also the same programmer, it will probably be a trifle for an intelligent system administrator.
Things are like this: the driver of my Intuos Pro M crashes regularly, about every 3-4 turns on does not activate the tablet. The indicator on the tablet lights up, "BT IntuosPro M connected" is written in Bluetooth devices, but the tablet does not work, and when I try to open the settings, this is what pops up:
I resal the first time. But tired .. Support gave different advice. As a result, they are asked to contact Microsoft.
I found that it helps to change the user, the driver immediately comes to life, that is, a reboot is not needed. So it's purely in Windows, but I don't know what exactly.
Intuos Pro M, PTH-660, driver version 6.3.41-1. (from off site, fresh)
Serial number: 9FQ00A1006638.
System: Win 10 Pro, build 19041.
UPD: just changing users didn't help. There was some kind of hellish glitch, bifurcation of cursors on 2 monitors, both blink and do not work stably. I go right there in the test user - everything is fine. I return - hell again. Only reboot helped.
