Why does my computer freeze when rendering in Keyshot?

I ran into a problem, when rendering in keyshot, the computer hangs, only a hard reset helps, and it hangs not immediately, but after some time, when the CPU is loaded at 50% or in performance mode, you can work for some more time. The model is rendered very simply. Tell me where to look and what to test. By the way, the same is true in Max and Corona, although everything seems to be fine with Corona and Vray benchmarks.
