If your battery runs out quickly when working in Linux, then read about the TLP package , it is responsible for the operation of power saving functions.

Nearby installed Linux does not affect power consumption. Do you run out of battery quickly when working with Windows or Linux? And how is Linux installed, on a separate partition, or in a virtual environment on Windows? If in a virtual environment, then just work for the processor, and for everything else more, so it sits down. If on a separate partition, and sit down when working with Linux, then the previous answer. If when working with Windows, then Windows is to blame)
