Free virtualization host for Linux?

Good day to all!
There is a small industrial server, I want to deploy a virtualization host on Linux on it.
Actually, the main requirement is the ability to create virtual networks.
ESxi costs money, so it's not an option yet.
What is now relevant for Linux from open source to virtualization?

I recommend Proxmox. The ready-made distribution kit is easily deployed out of the box and is very convenient to use. Web muzzle out of the box and very functional

Proxmox is not bad at implementing the role of not even a single server, but at the cluster level.

WebVirtCloud
Description
WebVirtCloud is a virtualization web interface for admins and users. It can delegate Virtual Machine's to users. A noVNC viewer presents a full graphical console to the guest domain. KVM is currently the only hypervisor supported.
