Why does music on Windows get quieter with bass?

When playing music in a browser or on Windows Media Player in a laptop with headphones, if bass starts in a song, then all frequencies begin to fade, including the bass itself, as a result, the music just dulls down. On the phone (Android) with the same headphones, everything plays smoothly. I climbed all the settings, everything is set up normally, like .. Has anyone come across this?

According to the description, it seems that somewhere in the settings of some of the sound output links a primitive dynamic compressor is turned on (the thing that tries to make quiet things louder and loud things quieter). Look carefully at the settings of the Windows soundbar, soundcard drivers and, most importantly, the player through which you listen to music.

Zvukovuha does not pull, for example: low frequencies have a large amplitude, the zvukovuha tries to give it out, but cannot.
