Why does Movavi video file size get bigger?

I wanted to pull a piece out of a big youtube video. I only needed 10 minutes from the video, so I decided to record the screen (it's faster than downloading). I used Movavi Screen Recoder. Chronology of actions:

- Turned on the recording,
- turned on the video,
- stopped the recording.
- fullhd resolution file came out at 400 mb.

I also needed to remove a couple of minutes from this video and I started cutting. I used the program Movavi Video Editor

- Mounted / cut
- Save. The video has become 2 minutes smaller
- 1.5 GB per file of 8 minutes in "best" quality
- If you make the quality "good", then 610 mb will be released. Everywhere the video format is mp4

What am I doing wrong? Why is more coming out?

Apparently, the compression settings in the "Video Editor" are different from those of the "Screen Recorder", here is the final size and another.
You can specify "medium" quality, or compress the resulting 610MB video with a program with more compression settings to reduce the file size. Or leave it as is, if the size is not critical.
