Why does mongodb stop responding?

there is a server, it has mongo and 7 node js applications. So, in one of the applications, 20-40 minutes after the deployment, the database stops responding. that is, the request to the database leaves, but the answer does not come. There are no errors in the logs. In other applications everything is ok. In which direction to dig?

If the problem only appears in one application out of 7, then obviously you need to dig this application and figure out what it is doing wrong.
