Why does MODX Revo give "Access Denied" when working with resources?

Good afternoon! There is Revo 2.3.3. When trying to work with resources, the message "Access is denied" is given. Relogin to the admin panel helps.
Has anyone fixed it or knows where to dig?

Probably sessions are not saved.
