Why does mobile chrome distort colors?

Faced the problem of displaying color on the mobile phone screen. For blocks, some color is set by type:

On a computer screen, everything is displayed as expected, but on a mobile screen, the color becomes heterogeneous, consisting of several colors, which looks like a fine grain. I took a screenshot of the mobile display:

Try to make screenshots on several backgrounds, there are many services for display testing, it is possible that this is only on this device.
