In general, I'm making an adaptive site, I set the following parameters: But the bottom line is that when I work in Chrome Web Inspector, it starts to display the changes made in CSS in Inpspector'e only when you minimize the screen to 690px, before that, zero attention, although on another site everything works up to 768 px inclusive.
