Why does lxc take a long time to load?

Good day!
There is a Proxmox cluster. I want to indulge in built-in LXC containers. Loaded the debian-standard template, created the container, started... And waited 5 minutes for the container to start. I tried stopping and then starting, recreating the container - the same thing: loading takes 5 minutes 5 seconds. A full-fledged virtual machine with the same debian and with the same configuration starts up in 30-40 seconds.
What does this container do for 5 whole minutes?
PS: Tried the turnkey-core template - loading 5 seconds.

@speedvm

The interface setup interfered: ipv6 was set to dhcp. I put the static without filling in the address and gateway fields - loading 8 seconds.
