Why does Linux have a very long DNS Lookup?

Tell me, what could be the reason for the fact that in Linux (I tried fedora KDE and Kubuntu), a very long DNS Lookup?
Those. I open some tab, it can open instantly, or it can hang for 3-10 seconds. On the network tab in chrome, I see that it is DNS Lookup that takes 3-5-10 seconds. Same issue in firefox.

In windows 10, on the same hardware, there are no problems with the same connection ...

It is doubtful that it is a long DNS query... Can you clarify by catching the relevant packets in tcpdump?
