Why does LibreOffice compress a formula when saving a document in .doc format?

If you add a formula to a document, change its size and fonts, and save it in two formats - in .odt and in .doc, then when saved in the first format, the formula looks normal, and in the second option, the formula shrinks when you select the formula and open Math settings are reset:

Please tell me what is the problem?

in formats,
it seems to be unarmed that packages are formatted differently, not only formulas
