Why does layout break when switching to Bitrix editing mode?

Bootstrap layout. Everything works fine, but when you switch to edit mode, everything breaks.
In edit mode, blocks are wrapped in new blocks and this breaks the bootstrap mesh https://yadi.sk/i/Ox5Zi7yb3TPFsV. How to make sure this doesn't happen? For example wrapping them inside bootstrap blocks?
