Why does KDE Neon installation crash when installing bootloader?

When installing KDE Neon on the bootloader installation, the following message is displayed: installation crashed. Kubuntu is set to normal, KDE Neon downloaded 3 times, always such an error. I tried to install with the Internet, it does not help.

I solved the problem by installing an older version, and then updated to the latest.

The OS may not be compatible with your hardware.
