Why does it take so long to launch programs on an SSD for the first time?

I used to have Windows 7 (64-bit) on the HDD, then I bought an SSD. I observe the following effect: after rebooting the PC, the first opening of programs (Firefox browsers, PaleMoon and AIMP player) is very long, no different from the performance of the HDD. If after that the program is closed and opened again, now it opens with lightning speed, very quickly. But why is the first launch after rebooting the computer so painfully long? Is it possible to make programs open lightning fast the first time? After all, it's an SSD. And in general, just the first opening of the program is important, I may not need to open it a second time.
Thank you in advance.

Caching works.
Be patient for a couple of days and prefetch will collect all the necessary data, then the brakes will disappear.
By the way, make sure that prefetch itself is not disabled (this happens if you installed some kind of gognosborka from Vasyan or an optimizer from him).
