Why does it say virtualization is not supported when installing HAXM?

HAXM writes virtualization is not supported, but it is supported by me. Before updating my OS, everything worked, after updating win10, it was necessary to reinstall the sdk completely, and such an error pops up.

Actually, not any virtualization is needed, but from an Intel processor, let's say AMD-v is not suitable, but apparently the matter is in some drivers or changes in the OS kernel, and since it is quite new, it is unlikely that someone will help you, if you really need this emulator, then dig yourself up to disassembling and debugging how everything works there (for example, what happens if you just "break" this support check, it may turn out that everything works) or just use the ARM emulator, and for x86 - Genymotion.
