Why does it give an error when uploading a file to the server via ftp?

When uploading a file to the server, it gives the following error. Exactly the same script works on another computer.
Win10x64

Firewall disabled.

This problem usually occurs when entering passive mode. Either try active, or check that the entire range of ports for passive mode is open.
