I did everything according to this example from the Russian Post API documentation.

As a result, the answer I get is not what I expected.
Who worked with this API, please tell me what could be the reason?
The token is 100% correct - I took it from my personal account. spaces in place. The key was generated by them

In the bottom left corner you have Request Params.
There, in Encoding, you need to select UTF-8 (if you have not selected it, of course). Those. in addition to what is indicated in the header, you must also explicitly specify it in the parameters.
If selected, then there is an error in the request/accesses. Although judging by the body of the request, everything is fine
