Why does including the Groovy library provoke an error in Gradle?

I get the error "'dependencies' cannot be applied to '(groovy.lang.Closure)'" after I include the Groovy library. It doesn't matter, through gradle or through jar manually.

(If you remove compile and testCompile, everything works fine, and no errors appear)
In addition, gradle also does not allow you to build the project

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
