Why does "HP Smart" write the status "offline"?

I have several HP printers that are delegated via AD. Distributed through policies to users.
I have been looking for a reason for a long time why a regular application from HP - HP Smart - cannot work with them.
I will describe what I see:
1. The application is installed automatically for everyone who has printers pulled up.
2. The application sees the printers at the time of connecting to the printer and selecting it for work.
3. When the printer is selected for work - the application writes the status "offline" and refuses to do anything further.
I still don't understand what exactly is the problem. Obviously, the whole thing is in AD, since when manually setting up the printer, the application uses it normally. But those that are distributed by politicians are not. But how to fix it? Setting up the printer manually every time is a chore.
