Why does HP Microserver Gen 8 reboot when I try to install Windows Server 2008r2 on Proxmox?

Friends, this is an interesting problem.
There is a Microserver, Proxmox is installed in it, I try to install Windows Server 2008r2 into it, and during the installation process, the server reboots while unpacking the files.
Other operating systems install fine. Tried W10, Linux, etc.
What could be the problem?
In the Proxmox logs, it’s clean at all, no panic, nothing, as if the power was reset and that’s it.
UPD. 2012r2 is not installed either, the server is rebooted to unpack the files.

What logs are you looking at in proxmox?
