Why does Home Assistant crash?

All good. I have 2 problems with HA, please help me figure it out.
HA is installed on the 4th raspberry as venv
A small problem, after rebooting HA starts in Save mode, then you restart from the web interface and it starts as expected.
The big problem is that after updating HA to a version higher than 2021.12.10, it does not load
