How to make a postomat with your own hands?
I want to make an automatic system for receiving orders made in our online stores.
We have not taken root delivery and basically all orders are obtained through pickup points. There are already more than 20 of them, and they thought about the possibility of introducing postomats.
I looked for options, and somehow I can not find ready-made solutions. In Europe, we also have networks, but we cannot find such a device to buy a separate device.
Therefore, I decided to think about independent implementation. Theoretically, it seems not difficult, you buy an iron cabinet, you insert electrically controlled locks into it. It is clear that the control of the locks must somehow be screwed to the computer. So that when you enter the correct pin code, the desired cell opens. But here's how exactly to implement all this .... It seems that you can go through systems for a smart home, here I really see a couple of obstacles in the form of a rather high cost and possibly a lack of capacity (200 - 300 locks).
Probably there are specific controllers for managing just such systems. But so far I have not found any more or less ready-made options.
Actually questions
1. Are there finished products?
2. If you do it yourself - how and with what to control the locks?

Hello
1. I think so, but 95% of the time it will be used. or you need to look in Europe, but the price will be
high to the internet. The system itself is not very difficult to implement.
+ you can always make your own board for controlling locks
