If about the hyphenation format:

Settings - Editor - Code Style - HTML - Other > Aligin attributes

If about something that automatically wraps, then either globally increase the number of characters in the line

Settings - Editor - Code Style > Hard wrap at: <число символов>

or forbid specific html attributes to be transferred:

Settings - Editor - Code Style - HTML - Other > Wrap attributes: Do not wrap

In any case, I would not recommend changing any of these settings, as they really contribute to the convenience of reading and writing code.
