Automatic renaming of variables and classes in all occurrences within the project?

Is it possible in PHPStorm to rename a class/variable automatically in all occurrences within a project? The task is to rework *.scss a little, so that it is correctly reflected in *.html
Using Alt + F7, you can find them (occurrences), surely there should be an option for automatic renaming?
