Why does Google Play (android) not see the Internet via wi-fi, but sees it via gsm data transfer?

A very strange situation - on an android smartphone, the Google Play application says there is no access to the Internet if the smartphone is connected to my router via wi-fi. Some other Google apps say the same. At what applications not connected with Google to the Internet are connected even through wifi.
There is also such a strange moment: if you connect via wi fi to another router, then Google applications see the Internet! They also see the Internet if you disconnect from wifi and connect the Internet via gsm 4g data transfer.
Resetting the router (restoring previously saved settings) and resetting android did not help.

it is likely that access to one Google server does not work through the router.
it is worth debugging, connecting it with a wire to a computer and reading the log via adb logcat. This is another question.

By chance, you are not in the Crimea? Your ISP is locking Google's IP address. Install any free vpn client from the market after 4g, turn it on, and then go to the play market.
