Why does google chrome freeze when resizing a window?

When resizing the window when (the processor is loaded at 50%), it happens that chrome freezes, the window turns black for literally 3-4 seconds, then it debugs and everything is OK, how to solve the problem with freezing, otherwise it is somehow annoying when you work on the adaptive of the system
