Why does Google Analytics say it doesn't work when it seems to work?

What I did:

1. I inserted the Tag Manager as it should, as per the instructions, one in the header and the other in the body, through it the Metrica was pulled up so that the code was installed correctly.

2. Specified the ID of the counter there

And here it even shows when I enter:

But still there is this window: It

What am I doing wrong?
