Google Analytics sees only 1 client session, what's the problem?

Hello. The customer’s data about the purchase is transmitted to Google Analytics, but if he made more than 1 session on the site, that is, he moved to another page, this data is lost. What could be the problem?

You apparently do not understand what a session is and how it generally works. You can read the docs in GA. By default, one GA session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Those. in one session, a user can open many pages, perform a bunch of actions, transactions, and so on.
But as soon as he, conditionally, leaves for a telephone conversation for 31 minutes and returns to the computer, then a new session will already begin.
Now I think it is clear why one session.
