Why does GitDesctop periodically (rarely BUT) get an error, and when the git is migrated, everything returns to normal?

It's been a problem for a long time.
When cloning a repository - just an error - "Say Fail ... and that's it ... contact support or look at the Logs."
And everything is here.
According to the old shamanic method, not remembering how he did the last time, but knowing in principle that he didn’t do anything special, Git simply resuscitated. And it seemed to me that I did the same thing the previous time and everything worked.
Simple and incomprehensible ...
This time - it was not there.
Removed. Yes, when reinstalling - the entrance was automatically logged in. - in the end - the error is similar. And he does not see Vetka. Although I saw the newly created repository - that is, it seems that synchronization occurred, but did not allow me to select branches. wtf?
So "not all" was removed - I thought.
I grunted everything cleanly - through the search, so after the removal there was still a bunch of stuff that I did not understand the purpose of good.
Abra cadabra .... conjure grandma conjure grandfather .. I'm
reinstalling.
Login is clean. I'm importing.
Tadam...clean git. Pure sync - everything is like new. all OK.
Dear experts, what could it be?
I had a wild panic. Already thought about installing Ubuntu.
