Why does git have its own rsa keys?

Hello. I was always interested in the question why, when trying to add rsa keys generated from puttygen to git, it gives an error and requires you to generate your keys from GIT BASH (on windows)?
Google didn't give any results.

Потому, что конкретно у putty свои ключи, у всего остального мира:
ssh-keygen -t rsa
