Why does FTP give a "553 Could not create file" error?
When editing/saving a file, FileZilla throws an error: "553 Could not create file".
The DO has a debian server. Everything worked fine before changing php.ini, but after editing it (upload_max_filesize) and restarting the FTP server, it stopped working.
