Why does float z=0 change value to -2.384186E-07?

There are float variables X=0 and Z=0. But when outputting data, Z began (just started, at first it didn’t) take the value -2.384186E-07. The result is x=:0 z=:-2.384186E-07. No changes were made in the code, C# language
