Why does Firefox open sites that don't open in Chrome or Opera?

For example, the site plati.ru (plati.market) opens perfectly and without delay in FF, but opens for a very long time in all other browsers. After reinstalling Windows, the situation does not change. Changing the provider does not change the situation.
