Why does Firefox only show animation on page load?

Good day.
There are tabs on the pages (regular tabs made using jQuery UI), CSS3 animation is made for switching tabs (I used animate.css). In all browsers, the animation works both when the page is loaded, and then by switching tabs an infinite number of times. But Firefox only shows this animation on page load/refresh, then it doesn't work anymore. Actually, why?

Code - code - code.
Most likely, you implement it crookedly, check the callback

Everything is implemented correctly, everything works fine in all browsers, this is not code.
