Why does Firefox on Win 7 freeze on flash pages?

On Window 7 x64 Firefox hangs immediately and for a long time when opening pages with flash elements on it. Whether it's youtube or a banner, or another component. Installed Firefox from scratch. Adobe flash version is up to date. This behavior was both in the previous version - 32, and in the current one - 33. In chrome, this problem is not observed.

"disabling protected mode":

if exist "%WINDIR%\System32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg" copy .\mms.cfg "%WINDIR%\System32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg"
if exist "%WINDIR%\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg" copy .\mms.cfg "%WINDIR%\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg

vimms.cfg
# отключение автообновлениий (необязательно)
AutoUpdateDisable=1
SilentAutoUpdateEnable=0
# отключение защищенного режима
ProtectedMode=0
