Hello.
There was a need to embed a video on the site. Everything works fine, only there is no way to rewind (scroll) the video for a certain time, until buffering is completed. What measures need to be taken to make the video scroll work.
1. There is a dedicated server.
2. I convert to adobe premiere pro cs6
3. I choose the format flv, from the list of presets web 1280x720.
