Why does filezilla break files on upload?

When uploading files back to the server, Filezilla turns them into this rubbish:

As I understand it, it does not save transfers. The whole code turns into one line, while the tabulation is preserved. How to fix?

Most likely you have files with Windows (\r\n) transfers, Filezilla in the text file transfer mode changes their endings to Unix (\n). Solution 2: either transfer files in binary mode, don't convert transfers, or configure Unix transfers in the editor.
