Why does Figma not see the font installed on the system?

The desktop version of Figma is installed.
Pulls different fonts from the system (Windows), but the MONIQUA font ( https://creativo.one/adds/fonts/26691-kirillichesk... ) does not see it.

Photoshop sees the entire font family. There are 168 of them in the folder (of various styles).

I tried to install only one font from the family, the result is zero!

What are the thoughts?
