Why does Explorer start to fail after updating Windows 10?
On a clean install everything is fine. But if you update, then when you rename, delete, create files or folders in Explorer, nothing happens on the desktop until you press the right button - update. The problem is solved if you create a new user, but the old one will have the problem. Any ideas why this happens and how it can be fixed without re-creating the user?
