Why does everything stop working?

I lost ndk and sdk in the unit, I decided to reinstall the unit, it did not help. After reinstalling the unit, it stopped prompting and generally accepting the visual studio code. I reinstalled visual studio, didn't help. What to do? It's scary to press anything.

Do you have Visual Studio set up in your Unity project settings?

When I started making games on Unity, I had the same problem. Somewhere in the settings you need to change the program to visual studio. Then there will be no errors.
