Why does Dude freeze?

Mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-1S has Dude 6.40.1 installed.
Installed the client part on Win 7 and connected. It connects fine, but I can't work with it.
When you try to do something, the circle immediately freezes and spins. I don't have much experience either. Where to look, in which direction to dig?

The problem was in the sd card.

1. Try to run the client with Administrator rights. Perhaps he wants to upgrade, but the rights are not enough.
2. Look at the logs in RouterOS on the CCR (set up the most detailed logging in advance).
